The BERC building is conceived as an attempt to “Sustainable bioclimatic design” meaning its unique characteristics is a marriage of technology and nature that combines to cater to the people occupying the building. Thus, the “triplet” features summarizes sustainability being: Techno-centric, Nature-centric & Anthropocentric. This shall result in the building acting as a single unit as a sustainable bioclimatic machine achieving the modus operandi of BERC.
