Currently there are more than 30 professional staff providing Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Sanitary & Plumbing design, Building Services, Physical, Planning and Construction. Its production development has full CAD & STADD PRO capabilities to meet the needs of today. The Principals of Architekton (Pvt) Ltd., Ar. Minhasur Rahman, Engr. Mostafizur Rahman, Ar. Saiful Islam, Dr. Fuad H. Mallick, Ar. Tughlaq Azad, Engr. Abul Qasim and other personnel have been educated and trained in reputed Engineering Universities with many years of design experience in Bangladesh and Abroad.

He worked as Architect for Project Management and Consultancy Services Limited, Dhaka, Bangladesh from 1983-1985 and was responsible for the design of a number of projects including three award-winning competition schemes.
